Heavy snowfall, blizzard conditions, coastal flooding, sleet and loftier winds all threaten southeastern New Jersey in what will be a classic nor'easter Monday.

On Sunday evening, Governor Phil White potato issued a State of Emergency for Cumberland, Atlantic, Greatcoat May, Sea and Burlington counties.
